Extra charges: water, electricity & cleaning [see below]

Water will be charged 60 baht per m3, electricity 7 baht per KW.

Cleaning will be charged 350 baht for 1 room and 600 baht for a Suite and it will be done at least once a week. These rates include new sheets and towels.

You pay upon arrival (in Thai baht), with a 5000 baht deposit for a room and 10000 baht for a suite for 1 month or 2000 baht per week for a room and 4000 baht per week for a suite. This deposit will be refunded on your departure, deducting use of water, electricity and cleaning.


Special rates for long term stays (except Standard rooms):

3 to 6 months = -10% (deposit = 1 month rent)

6 to 11 months = -15% (deposit = 2 month rent)

1 year and more = -20% (deposit = 2 month rent)

The rent is not refundable in case you have to leave the residence before the due date. If need be, this can be taken care of by your insurance or assistance company.

Room ''Standard'' : big double-bed, sofa, wardrobe, safe, cable TV, DVD player, fridge, bathroom-tub with water-heater.

Room ''Deluxe'' : big double-bed, sofa, wardrobe, safe, cable TV, DVD player, fridge, bathroom-shower with water-heater, fitted kitchenette (sink, hotplates, and micro-waves).

Suite ''Deluxe'' : Fitted kitchenette (sink, hotplates, micro-waves, dishes). Large living room with two sofas (extra beds), dining corner, cable TV, DVD player. Bedroom with big double-bed, sofa, 2 wardrobes, safe, cable TV, DVD player, fridge, bathroom-shower with water-heater.
